Hazy / cloudy gold with a bubbly white head and a stewed tropical fruit aroma. Smooth and creamy, big hop bitterness with tropical fruit underneath, some chewy biscuit malt and a dry bitter finish.

Tap at Beaconsfield Tap. Thick hazy gold. Fruity and tangy with a boozy element. Medium bodied. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Niceeeee.

Keg at Beaconsfield Taps - thanks Mark (I think) for sharing. Opaque, murky-looking yellow with an off-white head. Cheesey. Melted cheddar to the fore. There's some soft tropical fruit in the thick, creamy mouthfeel. Mainly I got yeasty cheese though, kind of a a Frenchman's foot infection vibe. Not entirely horrible but weird, slightly disturbing and certainly disappointing for a Phantom brew.
