On tap at Malmö Brewing. Pours clear gold. Caramelized honey and juicy peaches on the nose. Flavour has grainy honey, some caramelization, juicy peaches. Very nice.

On tap at Malmö Brewing. Pours clear gold with a white head. Gentle fruit skins on the nose. Flavour has tons of tart plum skins, some apple brandy, a slightly hot finish. Nice, maybe a touch too acidic.

On tap at Stigbergets Fot. Pours clear dull gold. Honey and fruity papaya on the nose. Flavour has a fairly light honey character and a pleasant papaya. Very nice.

Bottle pour at Stigbergets Fot, pours a clear copper, no head. Aroma has plenty of honey nectar, moderate papaya character, and gentle sugars. Flavour is complex, with plenty of papaya, light-to-medium honey nectar, and light sugars. Good papaya and honey character. Very good.

Tap at Malmo Brewing Co & Taproom 10/05/2025 Sweet with notes of plum to the fore, some honey and caramel sweetness, medium body, refreshing sweet finish. Great stuff. Really like these “session” meads.

Initial tart fruity with upfront cranberry, some caramel and vanilla lending some sweetness, light to medium body, light cocoa accents, cranberry and vanilla accented close. Maybe my first �session� mead, works so well, gorgeous.
