100ml shared with Ryan. Appearance: purple with no head. Aroma: fruity and boozy, not really much of red currants could be recognized here. Taste: quite thick, lots of honey, generic berries. Overall: it's good and quite pleasant drink, however, if I would tell about this one as a red current mead, then the job hasn't been done well.

330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Verksgt., Stavanger. ABV is 6.0%. Deep red colour, no carbonation. Distinct aroma of cranberries and honey, hints of lime and orange zest. Medium sweet and fruity flavour, with the same elements as the aroma.

Keg at the Malmo Taproom, Malmo, 18/11/22. Reddish amber with a light beige cap that clears to the edge. Nose is blackberry lozenge, honey, sugars, caramel. Taste comprises bitter sweet berry syrup, honey, caramel, blackcurrants. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Decent easy drinking Mead.
