Bottle at the campsite in zarutz. A mostly clear bright golden yellow coloured pour with a fading white fizz. Aroma is sharp and tangy, prickly pear, sharp apple, hints of vinegar. Lemon juice. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, and sharp, zesty, bitter green apple, apple pips. Palate is semi sweet, super sharp, mild pucker, fine prickly carbonation. Refreshing.

7/9/2020. Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Pours hazy golden with minimal head. Aroma of semi-sweet funky apples, with light woody and mucky notes. Moderate sweetness and light tartness with a slight salty edge. Quite light bodied, nice and crisp, average carbonation, with some dryness to finish. Enjoyable.

Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Hazy golden colour, short-lived thin white head and aroma of mucky funky apple. Taste is tart, sour, apple, fruity, woody, earthy, with solventy funk, and bittersweet notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle thanks to Taboada, shared with Soph on a lovely sunny Sunday evening. Misty, milky yellow appearance. Tried to pour Spanish-style but it just went everywhere! Aroma presents a traditionally sharp fruitiness and almost scrumpy like wild funk. Taste is especially sharp on first sip, calming down somewhat as the palate grows accustomed to it. Earwax and sweat notes start to retreat after ten minutes or so, giving way to food funky fleshy fruit. Very good.
