ABV: 4.7%. Cloudy - hazy medium to dark red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, pink - light red head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, leather - funk, cherry, blackcurrant, tart berries, vinous - sherry, light raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, funky, blackcurrant, barrel - sherry, raspberry sweet, cherry, rich. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20211029]

18th September 2021 Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine minerally carbonated bite. Light malts provide a bare modicum of sweetness. Lol - bit like a newly budded flower in a force 9 gale of citric intensity. Big lime, fresh and inducing a little involuntary eye flicker, great lemon sherbet on its tailcoats. Yuzu tangerine lime brightness. The passion fruit comes to the fore on the back end. Light crisp finish. Fuck me, this is intense, drinks like a top Imperial Gose but with half the alcohol. There are many many brewers out there that should take a good gander at this Gose, and learn! Fab!

Can sample at a tasting at Lior D's place. Thanks Stas. Black. Chocolate, nuts, licorice, soy sauce, sweet and umami, bitter finish, some alcohol, full-bodied.

Made with 'Nectar' - a PX sherry by Gonzales Byass. As a big sherry fan, with a love for PX amongst other styles - this is a must try. The beer pours a dark purple, small pink head. Scent is full, cherry, berries. Taste is full, very tart, aromatic berries. PX is completely hidden ( dissapointement if you state it's presence this clearly) . Sharp, not to much balance or interesting features in the taste. Sour fruitjuice - not worth the price of modern craftbeer to me - which is a shame since it really sounded so much better than it turned out to be.
