Bottled. Clear golden, minimal head. Buttery with some boiled vegtables. Sweet and medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Buttery malt hides tha alcohol, but does not provide much pleasure. Somewhat mellow in the mouth, low bitterness.

Picked this up from Little Beer Shop, Ludlow, Salop, 10-03-07. Poured a golden colour with white frothy head. tasted no different to any other ordinary pilsner I’d ever had the nice bittereness from the hops were all that really made this beer stand out from the crowd for me. Easily forgetable.

Unanspruchsvolles bitteres Bier. Test vom 17.3.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,6,6,5,9,5 - 5,70

Pour is a goulden with a large fluffy white head. Aroma is biscut and grass but nothing stands out. Flavor is not much in the way of hops and no malt really stands out. Clean and refreshing is all i can say about this one. The dunkle is WAY better.

Pour is a dark brown with a large tan head. Aroma is super roasty with lots of caramel and a very heavy breadyness. Flavor is nutty with some caramel and toffee. Very pleasing all around. For a cheaper than average beer this is quite the treat and well worth the money.
