Description
Želimo svim pivoljupcima objasniti magiju nastajanja piva, važnost kvalitete sastojaka i približiti bezbrojne kombinacije okusa i aroma.

0.33l bottle from Ales By Mail. Almost black colour with two finger tan head, long lasting. Aroma of dark chocolate, roasted malt, coffee, caramel, vanilla, dried fruits. Taste matches that, dark chocolate, roasted malt, touch of caramel and coffee, a little fruitiness, slight ashy/smokey, bitter finish. Soft carbonation, medium body, oily texture. Pretty good porter.

Jan. ’16. A 0.33 l bottle, thanks Marko! It poured hazy orange body with a tiny head. Hoppy aroma, orange, grapefruit, herbal dry. Pleasantly bitter flavor, with citrus, herbs, pine and a touch of tropical fruits. Light biscuit malt base behind gave some sweetness but it got kicked out by the powerful hops fast. Medium body with decent orange and dry herbal finish. Alcohol was extremely well hidden. A fine, clean and freshly bitter IPA. I would prefer more malt, but many wouldn’t so it doesn’t matter. So much better than the first batch, which I didn’t rate here, I knew Zmajska can do it as it should be done!
