Draft at the source. Deep dark clear ruby maroon color, thick tan head with good retention and fine lacing. Aroma of roasty coffee grounds and chocolate syrup. Taste is roasty plums, dark coffee. Body is light to medium, making it very easy to drink. Tasty.

Bottle many thx to omhper (trade) cons 2014-03-22 Göteborg AR:yeasty, ripe red grapes, sourness AP: earlgrey tea and milk colored fizzy body, head is gone quickly F: heavy carbonation, ripe cherries, bread that is doughy, wee spicey, heavy sourness- pretty odd when checking the other rating... maybe something wrong with the beer?

Pours dark orange with a minimal white head which dissolves quickly and leaves a lace. Hazy appearance. Aroma of pine, citrus and a pleasant final note of smoked food. In the mouth is very watery but not bad, with a constant dry end and a bitterness which is nice. Nice.

Black color, tick beige foam. Aroma of roasted malts, smoked cheese and grass. I have also noticed some lime due to the hops used. Quite mild mouth, medium carbonation and a balanced bitterness. This is the best Sabaja so far...the young brew master has improved the quality. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled, at Sabaja Drs Beer House, Prishtina. Cloudy brownish amber, minimal head. Phenolic banana aroma - hefeweizen style. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Loads of mashed banana. Low bitterness. The esters get a bit much - could it be reduced with better control over fermentation? Still a worthwile beer, but I preferred their IPA.

Bottled at Sabaja Drs Beer House, Prishtina. Cloudy deep golden, rich but brief head. Fruity nose with some grapefruit. Sweetish with clean, rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Fruity with some crystal malt character and mid bitter finish. A relatively careful IPA, but by all likeliness the best IPA in a good radius... Heads up to a very interesting upstart brewery!
