33cl bottle courtesy of and shared with Tderoeck and 77ships. BB 22/06/2015, this is no saison, let it be known.

22/V/15 - 33cl bottle from a trade @ Brazilian Tasting (home) - BB: 22/VI/15 (2015-664) Thanks to markoijelena for the trade!

Clear copper orange beer, aery white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, bit oxidized, caramel, sweet. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty oxidized, bitter, very malty, some citrus. Aftertaste: caramel, sweet malts. Meh. Definitely not a saison. Maybe a bit like a bad Palm or Dekoninck beer.

Dec ’14. A 0.33 l bottle courtesy of Marko, great thanks for sharing! This one poured hazy orange body with medium sized head. Very nice, style-typical aroma, orange and some other herbal hops balanced with sweet biscuit malt. Flavor was more or less the same, not too bitter, hops were subdued with some fine toasty malts, including caramel which is not usually seen in the IPAs. Medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel. Lightly sweeter finish pronounced more of its fine and interesting malt, lasted for long. A very nice beer from Sabaja!

Dec ’14. A 0.33 l bottle courtesy of Marko, great thanks for sharing! Opened with a loud pop and poured hazy golden body with a big head. Lightly salty, some very light hops and honey malt in aroma. Weak, but fine flavor, lightly bitter, herbal and lemony with weak malt counterpart, opposite of the nose. Thin with shorter papery finish. A bit empty and, at times boring but fine ale, quite elegant.
