Chestnut in color with a fizzy tan head. Sweet caramel, grain, light toast, a touch of chocolate. Medium to light body that has a touch of grit. It’s ok.

Cremiger, bitter-röstiger Start mit deutlicher Hopfennote. Süffig, unterdurchschnittlich karbonisiert, die Bitterkeit steigt weiter an. Schokolade, vollmundig, würzig. Karamell, viel Hopfen, langer röstiger Nachgeschmack. Lecker! 9/12/13/12/11/12

Deep mahogany with a beige head. Big bitterness throughout. Pine, citrus, roasted malts, burnt malt, a bit of sweet caramel. Finishes bitter and dry. Medium bodied. Really nice with loads of bitterness, good pine, and a rough finish.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with huge, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow white head. Slightly funky, yeasty aroma, minimally husky, pale malty background, whiffs of grape sugar, apricot, citrusy fruity, hoppy overtones with a touch of lemon. Taste is yeasty fruity and slightly yeasty funky, minimally sugary and husky, pale malty basis with some residual sweetness, hints of grape sugar, a touch of apricot, protein, citrusy fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of lemon.
Watery texture, slightly dry and minimally astringent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
A bit weird, probably infected - so-so.

440ml can. Murky, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, white head. Tropical fruity and slightly citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, oaty and wheaty malty background, notes of mango and passion fruit, some orange, minimally peppery, yeasty spicy overtones. Taste is tropical fruity and slightly citrusy fruity hoppy, oaty and wheaty malty basis with some residual sweetness, notes of mango, passion fruit, some orange, minimally peppery spicy overtones, minimally leafy interludes.
Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and minimally dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well hopped, drinkable - good.

440ml can. Opalescent, dark ruby to chestnut colour with average, frothy to creamy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Slightly toasty, chocolately and minimally nutty, dark malty and caramel malty aroma, hints of milk chocolate, malt lozenge, a touch of praline, hazelnut, nougat. Taste is slightly chocolately, minimally toasty and nutty, dark malty, sweet-ish, caramel malty and mildly bitter hoppy, minimally diluted hints of praline, milk chocolate, nougat, malt lozenge, caramel, a touch of toffee; minimally metallic overtones.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium to fine, prickly carbonation.
Quite a wide spectrum of (dark) malty flavours, moderate sweetness, clean and focussed, maybe a tad too dry and hoppy - pretty decent.

Can, craftbeer shop. Cloudy red amber, big golden foam. Classic resinous hops on a tacky caramel base, foamy, dry chewy, juicy, fruity melanoidin, orangepeel, a bit candy. Fun callback in the hops, good malt base.

Can. Amber, slightly murky, strong head. Pine, honey, bitter, hops. Front heavy, juicy bitter, then creamy, with a dry sticky sweet aftertaste. Too sweet but not undrinkable.
