750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose has gentle farmhouse notes, light dry caramel, and a touch of champage-like effervescence. Flavour is fairly gentle for a French cider, with champagne-like effervescence, a touch of farmhouse notes, sugary sweetness, and lightly tart apple skins. A little too sweet but there’s some nice subtle funk.

75cl bottle from Cote Vignoble, Dol-de-Bretagne. Pours a misty pale gold. Quite spritzy.. fresh, elegant, not too pushy, tart apple fruit, light acidity, floral moments.. nice

750ml wired cork bottle from Cork & Cask. Opened with a loud pop. Orangey gold colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of fleshy pear, fruity, floral, woody. Taste is sweet, tangy, pear, tart, fleshy, with floral notes and some acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle. Very lively! Sweet apple, soft funk, citrus zest, light plum, crisp fresh apple. Solid medium sweet, light dry. Decent.

Bottle at hone. Clear golden with white head. Fresh juice, green apple, quite some funk, quite mineral, earthy, leathery, grassy. Quite 'green'. Under medium sweet, light tart and bitter. Under medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. OK.

Bottle opened with loud pop. Golden and fizzy. Old apple peels, watery juice, a little old onion and coriander seed. Some custard or maizena too. Soft sweet and light vinagrous. Minerallike and fizzy.

Pours a hazy gold from a bottle, fast dissipating white head, leaving a single layer of very small bubbles. Aroma of apples and peat. Flavor is a smoky, funky off-dry apple. A little weird, can’t quite tell if I like the smoke and funk or not. Okay cider.
