Keg at BrewDoge Shepherds Boost, 04/09/24. Moderately hazed orange amber topped with a lasting off white head. Nose is bitter orange, grass, grapefruit, melon. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, orange zest, grass, pine needle, ripe melon, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with earthy hop bitterness. Okay IPA if a little raw and overly bitter.

Keg at CBJ, Enid Street, 28/08/24. Hazed deep orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is ripe tropical fruit esters, dank nip, grapefruit, pine, melon. Taste comprises grapefruit, papaya, mandarin, dank chimes, airy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Not bad if no wow offered.

Keg at CBJ. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin and dry pale malts, a mild creamy sweetness. Crisp pine. Reasonable citrus, slightly ripe orange and mandarin. Reasonably crisp pine. Fairly dry finish. Not bad.

Cask gravity at the Watford beer festival 2024. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is creamy wheat, orange rind, tangerine, orange creamsicle, light alcohol. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, creamy wheat, tangy orange rind, mango, light peach. . Palate is semi sweet, rounded, light spicy, flaked wheat, decent cask condition. Lingering floury wheat.

Tap at the excellent Trafalgar Freehouse 09/08/2024 Great pub and the brewery very close to here and this is perfect for summer drinking, lots of juicy citrus and tropical fruits, tangerine and mango, cantaloupe and some nice piney notes, pale malty support, robust bitter edged hoppy close. Great stuff.
