Vi er på Three Hounds Beer Cafe and Bottle Shop i Beckenham og bare MÅ HA en pit stop mot slutten av Green Chain Walk. Fra cask (med sparkler!): uklar gylden med flott cremeskum. Milde citrusfrukter, urter, einer og en enkelt furunål. Mersmak, naturligvis etter 3 timers gange i 25-30C.

Vårt første stopp på The Bermondsey Beer Mile er skatepuben Hop King. Fra fat: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer helt ned. En superfrisk og sødmefylt frutksalat med citrus, mango, aprikos og grapefrukt i en mykj maltkropp. Lekent og sorgløst.

Min første dag i London og klokka har såvidt passert 12, jeg kaster ikke bort tiden. 0,44 boks fra Jeroboam's på Muswell Hill, på en parkbenk i sommervarmen: lett uklar lys gylden med fint skum. Frisk og deilig med fine humleinntrykk (citrus, granskudd og aprikos). en riktig god lettøl med myk maltkropp. Mersmak.

On tap at The Barrel & Horn, Bromley. Light gold pour with a white head. Aromas of baked apple, citrus. Flavours of kiwifruit, peach,grapefruit, zesty lemon. Exceedingly refreshing.

On keg at Brew Boys, Dartmouth, 11/08/22. Appearance - golden and fairly clear. White head. Nose - bread, lemon and a light hop spice. Taste - more bread, some corn and citrus. Palate - light bodied, slight sweetness in the middle, but fairly dry finish. Overall - quite good.
