Poured from 750mL bottle in a hotel room in Bella Coola. Clear pale blonde with minimal white head and fair bit of tiny carbonation bubbles. Nice pear, fairly balanced, decent.

200mL bottle, pours a clear pale purple with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of jammy blueberry upfront, a touch of pear skins, and a tiny hint of champagne-like effervescence. Flavour has lightly sweet blueberry, some crisp pear skins, and a nice champagne-like effervescence to cut down the sweetness and increase drinkability. Not particularly complex but nicely constructed.

Pale, slightly yellowish, a champagneish charatcer, some funk, not the best funk, lots of currant and the honey comes through in the finish.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a clear pale pinkish beige with a small white head. Aroma reveals tart strawberry, jammy sweetness, apple skins, and gentle acidity. Flavour is rather sweet, with gentle acidity, jammy strawberry, and crisp apples. Not much complexity. It's fine but nothing special.

355mL can, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out fermented out honey, crisp pears, and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is gently sweet, with crisp pears, mostly fermented out honey, and a touch of apple skins. I wish this were a little drier, and that the honey was more fermented out. It's good, but not very complex or interesting.

750mL bottle sampled at Weathered 2023, pours a clear cherry red with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out lots of cherries, light apple, and some sweetness. Flavour is very sweet, with lots of cherry, a touch of apple, and light sweetness. Plenty of cherry, with a medium sweet finish. It's alright.

330mL can, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out crisp pear skins, a hint of earthy rhubarb and light champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is crisp and lightly sweet, with lots of bright pear skins, gently sweet pear juice, and an assertive champagne-like effervescence. The rhubarb isn't really noticeable. I could do with less sweetness, but the sparkling character subdues it a bit. Tasty.

Tasting at Phill's, bottle
Very pale colour, clear. Simple cider with minimal residual sweetness, traces of honey.
Pleasant.

Red colour, clean. The aroma is a bit jammy, mild fruit, the flavour still has some residual sugar, undefined fruit, and mild acidity.
Drinkable.

Bright red colour, clean. Berry aroma, some raspberry. Off-dry, with soft mouthfeel, dominant berry juice, traces of honey, the apple is hidden; not much currant depth, but it's a very enjoyable drink.
