Poured from 375mL bottle. Clear pale blonde with quickly dissipating white head. Apple and honey, mild tart currant, a bit more carbonation compared to the other sparkling currant versions.

375mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose is loaded with honey upfront, with subdued tart currants and a touch of apple. Flavour is highly carbonated, with seltzery notes, partially fermented out honey, and subdued currants—not much apple character. Seltzery, light tartness, little complexity. It's alright—better than the red currant but not as good as the black currant. Decent.

375mL bottle, pours a clear rose red / pink with a tiny white head. Aroma is quite a bit more faint and dry than the black currant version, with no hint of honey or apple, just gentle currants. Sort of smells like I'm walking by The Body Shop in a mall. Flavour is juicier than the nose suggests, with lots of red currants upfront; I get some odd spiciness and floral, soapy notes. This is very different from the black currant version. Not all that complex and certainly not worth the price. Okay.

375ml @ Phill's. Appearance: clear pale purple. Aroma: lots of honey (definitely not a hint), fermented black currants. Taste: very bubbly, currant, quite dry with some residual sweetness. Lots of black currants in the late aftertaste. Overall: good one.

375mL bottle, pours a clear dark ruby red with a tiny white head. Aroma is full of rich red currant, a touch of treacle, and a hint of red apple core. Flavour is moderately sweet, with lots of red currant, mostly fermented out honey, and some apple. Moderately acidic. Not overly complex; this doesn't have the funk that their other ciders have. It's just a lot of tart red currant. Not bad.

Good foam on a very nice champagne coloured body, effervescent, pretty. Earthy apple on the nose, slightly sweet, hard to tell if the white currant is coming through. Taste is a tart and chewy apple, puckery, ending with crisp carbonation and a bit more citrus. I wouldn't say the honey and white currant do much here beyond amplify the apple, and it's certainly intense, and there's nothing wrong with that.
