750mL bottle, pours a crystal clear pale blonde with a quickly-dissipating white head. Aroma reveals some champagne-like effervescence, crisp apple and pear skins, and gentle residual sweetness. Crisp, gentle funkiness, and nice champagne-like style. The residual sweetness builds and becomes a bit too pronounced. But still - nicely made, just overpriced as hell.

Very nice deep pink body and some modest carbonation, nonexistent foam. The aroma is a slightly viney apple, soft red currant sweetness, mellow candied mustiness. Flavour is a nice sweet red currant sharpened by apple. Lively carbonation, tannins linger, slight grassiness. Enjoyable.

Pours with lively pink foam and a stormy deep ruby red body. Very good sweet black currant aroma, soft sharp apple to balance it out. Flavour is deep currant, chewy and musty, yet still very sweet in a jammy way. Nice crispness, excellent lingering sweetness. A joy to drink.

Pours a muddy red, stormy carbonation, modest foam. Earthy blackberry aroma, butter to be sure, should be more refined. Flavour is a deep chewy blackberry, like IHOP syrup; soft apple notes help to sharpen it. Good carbonation. I can't complain, the blackberry character is quite striking and I'd be hard pressed to find a similar flavour amongst BC ciders.

Good pale straw, nice foam, very nice stormy carbonation. The aroma is earthy apple and pear, not sweet, but still too subtle, a common theme with this place. Flavour is soft pressed apple and pear; slightly acidic and sweet. Mouthfeel is very dry. It's well made but the flavours don't come forward as much as they should, these kind of sweet fruits should leave a lingering impression.

Good pale straw colour, proper carbonation, storm, mellow foam, nice. Good sugary dessert style pear on the nose, too faint again though. Flavour is sweet pear, vine notes, soft sweetness. Very dry, good carbonation. Straightforward but very well crafted.

Pours like a light champagne, well formed foam that moves off like champagne and proper effervescence that seems so hard to find in BC ciders. The aroma is soft luscious pear, it really should be stronger and more vibrant on the nose but when do you smell it it's great. The flavour is earthy and acidic pear, nice juice notes, soft wood and tannins. Full and very crisp mouthfeel, also very dry. Easily the best perry I've encountered in B.C.

Looks gorgeous, with a bright magenta sort of colour. But the addition of the blackberry has introduced some unwanted wonky diacetyl stuff. Lots of berry, lots of fruit, but not to my taste with that off-note.

Fine carbonation. Light, snappy, good fruit balance. Clean. Moderate sugars, but for me that helps the balance along. Solid product for using eating apples and pears.

Very pale. Full carbonation. Big pear - bigger than in the Charmat - snappy acidity. Clean.
