Slightly hazy golden yellow with small, short-lasting head. Orange, lime, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Moderately sweet orange, lime, biscuit malt, mild sour citric acid, and very mild bitter straw flavor. Light bodied. A decent enough shandy.

12oz can. Poured a very pale yellow color with a fizzy, white head. Aroma was light lime, biscuity. Crisp, and clean. Very easy to drink.

Can from CBC Liquors, Westford. Opaque, murky, dark brown, tons of light floaties, ring of head, light viscosity, no lacing. Aroma is strong fudge/mocha, nuts. Taste is strong fudge/mocha, background hints of barrel, earthy malt. Smooth, silky texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Strong fudge/mocha, which is nice, but pretty much to the exclusion of base stout and barrel is incredibly muted. OK.

Can from Ryan I: pours near black with a beige head. Aroma is chocolate some licorice notes. Taste is somewhat bitter, quite dry. Nice roast. Hefty punch for a relatively low abv stout. Solid.
