Draft pours deep black with thin tan head that quickly reduces to lace. A watery mouthfeel and an aroma of chocolate give the first impressions, but a surprising sour profile dominates pushing the mild chocolate flavors to the background.

Draft pours clear gold with generous white head that dissipates. Thin/silky mouthfeel with mild traces of tropical fruit but very little flavor and quite evenly balanced. Watery finish.

30/3/2024. Can shared with ITFCDan. Courtesy of Robin, cheers! St Lucia rating #5. Pours almost clear orange amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is tropical, citrus, orange, grapefruit, malt, grass. Moderate sweetness and medium plus bitterness with light tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Enjoyed this.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 07/03/24. Golden amber with a modest just off white cap that soon vanishes. Nose is orange zest, grass, airy malts, light breads, herb. Taste comprises bitter orange, hint of grapefruit, grass, melon, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close dashed with modest hop bitterness. Best IPA I've had from St Lucia ... not a disaster but weak for the style and for the ABV ... on the twiggy side of IPA's.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Orangey gold colour, white foam head and aroma of caramel, citrusy hops. Taste is malt, caramel, fruity, orange citrus, pine, woody and resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry earthy hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

17/2/2024. Can from Robin, cheers. Pours almost clear dark orange with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, lightly dank, pithy orange, melon, papaya, wet grain, biscuit, malt, piney and peppery edge. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium body, quite smooth, average carbonation. Old school elements. Quite liked it.
