Kreis Bräu Landbier, Flasche vom Landbierparadies24. - Kupferrot, klar; üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase fast märzenartiges, fein toastiges Malz mit Karamelbonbonsüße, Anklängen an Marzipan und mild-aromatischer, halb fränkisch und halb englisch anmutender Hopfung. - Antrunk mild aber tief toastmalzig mit feiner Bonbonsüße und mild-aromatischer, leicht orangenherber und hintergründig herbaler Hopfung mit Anklängen an mediterrane Kräuter. Milder rezent, annähernd vollmundig. Auch im Abgang mild aber aromatisch herb. - Schön malziges Landbier mit feiner Hopfung und einer Spur von Eleganz. (25.8.2022.)

500ml bottle. Clear, dark amber colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Mellow malty aroma with slight nutty and spicy aspects, hints of malt lozenge. Taste is sweet-ish and minimally spicy malty, minimally nutty, hints of malt lozenge and caramel, minimally piney, hoppy overtones. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Very clean, well balanced - nice.

Kreis Bräu Fünfte Jahreszeit, Flasche vom Landbierparadies24. - Ein Festbier zur Erlanger Bergkirchweih, kaltgehopft mit Huell Melon und Comet. - Helles Goldbraun, klar. - In der Nase die feine, leicht exotisch-zitrusfruchtige Hopfung eines Pale Ale, darunter die zart toastige malzige Fülle eines Märzen. - Antrunk sortentypisch satt toastmalzig, sauber gerstig und zart honigsüß, mit perfekt abgestimmter, eleganter exotisch-zitrusfruchtiger Herbe von Grapefruit, Ananas und ätherischen Kräutern. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang elegante, leicht pfeffrig-fränkische Hopfenherbe. - Der solide Malzkörper eines traditionellen Festbiers, gekonnt kombiniert mit neuartigen doch nicht aufdringlichen Hopfenaromen. Kreis Bräu : hopfig hell, 4,7 %, Flasche (MHD: 07.09.21) von LBP24. - Dunkelgold, klar. - In der Nase stumpf zitrusfruchtige und matt herbale Hopfung, Hefe, brotiges Malz. - Antrunk sauber hellmalzig, leicht brotig, etwas hefig-ranzig und zwar halbwegs ordentlich zitrusfruchtig-hopfenherb aber ohne die verheißenen verschiedenen Aromahopfensorten. Deutliche Malzsüße. Mild rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang leicht ranzige Bittere, etwas stumpf. - Für ein fränkisches Bier, noch dazu eins mit dem Beinamen hopfig, arg lieblos gehopft. Kann kaum mit einem durchschnittlichen Kellerbier mithalten. Nicht frisch genug? (8.6.2021.)
