"Kreis Bier Bergbier", "hergestellt in Zusammenarbeit mit der Brauerei Stöckel im Ahorntal“; Flasche aus der Bierothek Fürth, 9.10.2025. - Dunkelgold, fast klar. - In der Nase mild karamelliges Malz und feine hopfenwürzige und orangenbittere Hopfung. - Antrunk fein gerstig und leise karamellig hellmalzig mit milder Hopfung, fein orangenfruchtig und hopfenwürzig mit leiser exotischer Note. Milder rezent, annähernd vollmundig. Im Abgang aromatische Hopfenherbe. - Kein schweres, polterndes Festbier, eher was für stille Genießer.

Bottle picked up from Bierothek Fürth. Consumed on the train back to Plattling from Nürnberg Hbf, Wednesday 18th June 2025 listening to Talk Talk - Spirit of Eden. Unsure of appearance as drinking straight from the bottle. However taste wise it's a nice beer, a nice spritziness in the mouth, bitterness is light but noted, light hoppiness, doesn't taste 5.6%, very easy drinking, good bittersweet balance, a little bit of tonic water. Good.

Bottle picked up from Bierothek Fürth. Consumed on the train back to Plattling from Nürnberg Hbf, Wednesday 18th June 2025 listening to The Notwist - Vertigo Days. Initially some cereal but opens up and a bitterness starts to come through, btw its a train beer straight from the bottle so I cannot be exact on the appearance though FWIW I'm expecting clear gold and white head. Nice hoppiness, not too strident but certainly leans just a tiny bit more towards pilsner, light fruity, slow meandering dry finish, but some maltiness en route. Good.

Kreis Bier Erlangen Session Lager, Flasche vom Landbierparadies24. - Goldgelb, klar; Schaumringe. - In der Nase feine, leise exotisch aber doch etwas blasse zitrusfruchtige Hopfung. - Antrunk weich und schlank hellmalzig mit feiner Süße und blasser, leicht exotischer zitrusfruchtiger Hopfung, Tangerine und ein Hauch von Waldbeeren, die sich allerdings bald verflüchtigen und einer etwas banalen, um nicht zu sagen ranzigen Malzigkeit Platz machen. Durchschnittlich rezent. Im Abgang leise hopfenherb. - Fruchtig, frisch und etwas leichter, so weit stimmt die Eigenwerbung. Die Kalthopfung ist reizvoll aber etwas knapp ausgefallen, und es fehlt die solide Bittere, die ich mit fränkischen Bieren verbinde. (22.8.2024.)

500ml bottle. Clear, amber colour with average, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Mildly grassy and fruity hoppy aroma, minimally spicy, malty background, unspecific fruitiness. Taste is mellow and minimally spicy malty, slightly fruity and minimally grassy hoppy, a touch of husk, unspecific fruitiness. Slightly oily texture, smooth and super soft palate, feine, soft carbonation. Clean, good mouthfeel, nicely hopped - OK.

Clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild sweet pale malt, hints of sweet apricot and straw. Taste of mid sweet stone fruits, apricot, pale malt, straw. Moderate bitterness.
