Bottle pour. Pours clear very pale blonde. Candied ginger and grainy honey on the nose. Flavour has a very clean candied ginger profile, light honey, light sweetness. Nothing wrong, but pretty light and uncomplex.

Quite pale and with a slight haze. The aroma is soapy, lots of ginger but there's something else in there, and that's the part I'm not vibing off of. On the palate, same thing. Some ginger, and some of... diacetyl? There's something else for sure. I'd want more ginger to make this work. And residual sugar, of course.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out plenty of spicy ginger, not much else. Flavour has plenty of sugars, spicy ginger, carbonated water and seltzer. Why make such a pointless and uninspiring product?

Pale, slight haze. Light floral notes from the honey. Some floral notes, but it's thin, and there's some odd cleaner-type phenols in there. The rhubarb lends its usual sourness and accent, but there's not a lot else. You'd want more residual sugar all round, but especially to balance out the rhubarb.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma tastes like stale carbonated water, no hint of rhubarb… not too pleasant. Flavour is lightly sweet, with gentle rhubarb, seltzer notes, and some sweatiness. No hint of honey at all and nothing redeeming about it. Bad.

Poured from 500mL bottle (lot 5) from Pommier Ranch. Lightly hazed white-ish blonde with minimal white head. Rhubarb boiled water, hint of phenols, with feint honey, needs more honey.

Quite pale. Has a slightly woody, vaguely floral aroma. Similar palate, but with a mild hop character and a light bitterness. Very light. Slight effervescence. This is a strange one because it's so light, and the vague hop doesn't necessarily do anything here.

200mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a few bubbles worth of head. Nose is full of intense floral hops and very subdued honey. Flavour is bone dry, hoppy and light, with lots of dry soapy hops, floral notes, and totally fermented out honey. Nearly bone dry finish. Nothing wrong with it, but it’s not what I look for in a mead.

Poured from 200mL bottle from Pommier Ranch (lot 13). Clear-ish pale blonde with almost no white head. Dry, lightly hopped, a bit thin and bland. Much preferred the little taste I had when it was fresh (early July). Below average.
