330 ml bottle. Pours a dark brown with short head. Aromas of soft peaty whiskey, oak, caramel and toasted malts. Flavors of nice subtle peated whiskey (without iodine), dry candi sugar, dark fruit, and biscuity malts. I really like this one. Subtle and complex.

330 ml bottle. Pours a dark brown with very little head. Aromas of maple syrup, caramel, booze, dark fruit and bready malts. Flavors of dry woody maple syrup, subtle whisky, dry caramel, dark raisins, and toasted malts. Nice enough but doesn’t really present the best of the barrels and not top notch.

330mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a large beige head. Aroma reveals a very complex Belgian yeast profile, with dark dried fruits, light spices, and a hint of toffee. Flavour is remarkably complex, with a wonderful Belgian yeast expression, a melange of spices, dark dried fruits, and light toffee. Carbonation is high but totally fitting for the style. Wow, where did this brewery come from? This is fantastic and can stand up there with the best of Belgian quads. Damn impressive.
