Bottle from GABF 2011 @ fonefan tasting. Assuming this to be the right one, since craftbeerdesign has rated this beer from GABF. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich brett, white wine, fruits, notes of caramel, vinegar, malt and hops. Nice one.

@El Bait Shop]–on tap-pours copper with an offwhite head and trailing lace. Aroma is sweet pine. Taste is sweet pine hops with some bite, medium malt-caramel.

Great Nebraska Beer Fest. Looks like a stout but smells like all brett. Just so much tart floral perfume, so different. Stouts and brett are such a different mix. Flavor follows suit, no roast, no chocolate, just all tart, perfumey floralness. This would be a great one to drink endlessly because of the low alcohol. However, such a one sided beer at the end, solid but one sided.

Draft. This one was billed as a "Belgian holiday ale." hazy amber brown color, thin white edge head. Aroma of subtle spice. Taste has all kinds of spice on a caramel background.

Draft in Omaha. Clear golden color, thick cream colored head, solid lacing. Aroma of lemongrass. Taste is citrus, grass. Not overly bitter.

Draft at RB Omaha. Dark brownish maroon color, small beige head, solid lacing. Aroma of chocolate, coffee and pine. Taste is similar. Nice.

Sampled from the tap at 2011 FOBAB. Poured a hazy deep orangish amber with a bubbly white head that dissipated completely. Aroma had a good amount of funk with a hint of sour raspberries and oak. Flavor had notes of sour raspberries and peaches with some acid and a bit of barrel and funk underlying.
