Thanks omhper! Golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some resin, mild bready and grainy tones with some aloe veraish tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, nectary and some mild earthy and herbal tones. Nice bitterness.

Burk i go kväll i april. Doften är torkade russin o fikon. Smaken eller smakerna dundrar in i munnen. Lite för mycket smaker o lite?spretigt. O alkoholen är lite för rå kanske lite för mycket. Saknar rundheten. Lång eftersmak bra. En ok Barley wine men kan förbättras.

(Draught at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm, 15 Feb 2025) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with liquorice, dark chocolate and coffee. Malty, roasted taste with notes of sweetish black coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice, caramel and a mild roasty bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced porter. Nice one.
