Brutal brewing was established in 2011. It is an initiative of employees of one of Sweden’s leading breweries – Spendrups. Brutal Brewing is controlled and operated by employees of Spendrups on a “free time” basis.
We all have regular day jobs in the brewery. Our committed group consists of clerks and brewers that share the same core belief. Our simple mission is to create great brews and have fun.
That pretty much sums it up. Hopefully, this means that we can share some fun times with you.

Golden with white head - aroma of malts - taste is of malts with some soureish undertones, not that good

Can at chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig ’11. It pours pale yellow, with a thin foamy white head. The nose is butter, white bread, grass and hay. The taste is butter, grass, hay, straw and sweet malt. Light body and high carbonation. Bland fizzy yellow car crash in a can.

330ml Can - Golden with a foamy white head. Grain,corn and a hint of lemon in the aroma. Malty and grainy taste with hints of corn and citrus.

Can at ChrisO’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Light yellow pour with a faint film. Mild cereal and sugar aroma. Medium sweet flavor, some dough. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Doughy malts to finish. OK, easily drank.

Can @ Odense Summer Tasting, 2011. Trade with Konstifik. Pours clear golden with a fluffy white head and lacings. Nose is citrus and grain. Dry , citrussy and paperish flavor. Skunky. Thin palate. Ends dry and fairly bitter.
