zapach przyjemny, świeży, zielony, trawiasty i ziołowy z nutami słodowymi, całość dopełnia lekki aromat zielonej butelki. kolor jasnego złota, klarowny, piana biała, średnia i skąpa. w smaku pełne, słodowe, trawiaste, zielona butelka, trochę kurzu i piwnicy ale w pozytywny sposób. goryczka wyraźna, długa, ziołowa z lekkimi nutami pestkowymi ale znowu w dobry sposób. całość pozostawia bardzo lekko dziwne uczucie na języku. nasycenie średnie do wysokiego.

Bottle from Wine Warehouse. Pours clear golden with an inch of white head. Heavy grassy aroma, maybe some pepper as well. Flavor is similar, with some corny hints towards the end, though I don’t think they use corn in this brew.

Bottle thanks to Tom, my neighbour, last night in Windsor 29/08/16. Golden yellow with a decent off White head. Nose is toasted grains, cereals, popcorn, straw. Taste comprises much the same, cereals, corn, grains, light toasted sugary vibes, bread, pale malts. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Pretty good considering the ABV.... carries a flavour profile well above the 0.01 %.

Il gusto al naso ricorda l’orzo. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è media, con carbonazione bassa. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Medio è il perlage e la carbonazione persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è snello. L’amaro è moderato. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole per una birra parecchio gassata. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L’aroma in bocca riporta sentori di miele, pane e resina.
