330ml bottle, shared with blackhaddock. Pours gold with a very fine mist, bubbly white head. Aroma has very light grapefruit and pale malt. Flavour profile is rather vague and comes across quite thin, light and bland for a French blonde.. not the best first impression from this brewery.

5th March 2024; mega tasting with minutemat (and Panda fill for Gumbo), my house. Cheers Mat for the 330ml bottle of this: BB 23rd November 2024. Light haze in the very blonde body, white affair on top. I found this pretty bland and uninteresting, just not much going on.

On tap at Big Mountain Bar Chamonix. Black coloured, no head at all, whisky in the nose. Sweet licorice and evident whisky barrel presence with nutty and dried fruits notes. Quite oily with boozy finish. Bit unbalanced.
