A craft brewery in Chamonix Mont-Blanc making exceptional modern craft beers. Our aim is to create the most sustainable brewery we can, and our goals for the near future are to deliver all of our beer locally with electric vehicles and run as much of our brewery from renewable energy as possible.

On tap at Bighorn Bistro Chamonix. Clear amber coloured, medium sized beige head, light herbal and rye nose. Sweet malty, herbal, rye and touch of caramel with grainy notes in the finish.

On tap at Bighorn Bistro Chamonix. Pale rose coloured, minimal off-white head, light berries in the nose. Light raspberry and gooseberry maybe taste with some acidic touch in the finish. Bit too dry.

On tap at Big Mountain Bar Chamonix. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, light yeasty and fruity nose. Sweetish malty, yeasty, light fruity and hoppy with bitterish finish. Simple and ok.

On tap at Big Mountain Bar Chamonix. Black coloured, no head at all, whisky in the nose. Sweet licorice and evident whisky barrel presence with nutty and dried fruits notes. Quite oily with boozy finish. Bit unbalanced.

On tap at Big Mountain Bar Chamonix. Black coloured, medium sized brown head, coffee in the nose. Roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate and mild chicory with touch of smoke in the finish. Pleasant.
