330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, minimally bready, wheaty malty, mildly spicy and zesty, citrusy fruity aroma, hints of orange peel, coriander, a touch of lemon. Taste is spicy and zesty, citrusy fruity, wheaty malty basis with low residual sweetness, notes of coriander and lemon peel, mild zesty and hoppy bitterness. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Balanced, fairly refreshing - very nice.

33cl Fles van Katjeskelder. Iets mistig oranje kleur, witte kraag. Licht harsig, iets fruitig, hint van gist, moutig, bitter, caramel. Oldskool vibe, bevalt prima, maar geen hoogvlieger.

Bottle. Color: Clear amber, white head. Aroma: Herbal, yeasty hints, subtle hop. Taste: Herbal (cardamom beans), some liquorice, malty, some yeast, grassy hop backbone. Medium body, average carbonation. Moderate sweet and moderate to over moderate bitterness. Unusual taste for a Tripel. Mwah.

33cl bottle. Clear amber beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of raisins, caramel, resinous hops. Taste of caramelized malt, some raisins, nuts, mild resinous hops.

Dark copper colour with lasting head. Earthy, floral, slightly piney too. Nice bitter finish.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermeisje', best before August 2022. Slightly hazy, deep amber with a medium large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, quite herbal and slightly fruity aroma of quite some ginger, vanilla and some honey. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite herbal and slightly fruity taste of ginger, vanilla, honey and some grains, followed by a short, slightly bitter, gently peppery finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite okay, a bit too heavy on the ginger though.

Bottle. Orange golden color. Ginger and citrus in the aroma. Sweet citric flavor with ginger. Low on carbon. Not my taste.
