Im Brewpub. Gezapft. Schwarz, dünne Schicht Schaum. Aroma: Haselnuss, dunkle Schokolade, kalter Kaffee. Geschmack: mittlere Süße, kaum Bitterness, trocken im Rachen. Haselnuss, kalter Kaffee. Leicht cremig.

Draught at Kishkashta, small creamy head, cloudy and quite dark orange colour, aroma of wood and jam, flavo of strawberry jam, lots of caramel and a shrubby bitterness that is too light for the strong date sweetness. Fair but maybe needs a lighter hand on the date honey.

Bottle, big bubbly wheaped cream head, quite clear lightish gold color, vanila, a bit of barnyard, yeasty, herbs, quite dry but with a bit of sweetness. Nice, simple saison.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Stas' place. Thanks Stas. Black. Roast, kinda vegetal, a bit of chocolate, some coffee, some minerals, stale water, sweetish, a bit bland, medium-bodied, very light for 10.5%. Quite weak unfortunately.
