Bottle shared. Pours clear amber brown with a ring off white head. Aroma has unexpected floral notes upfront, with soap, vanilla, overripe fruits, oak, fairly light bourbon, caramel and toffee. Flavour is heavy sweet with the bourbon coming out stronger in the palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

At All Pints North, 2015. This was one of the beers I wanted to try the most at the festival, because I very much enjoyed kellerbier on my travel in Franconia, and it is nearly impossible to find it fresh, on tap, in Minnesota. Gold color. Hops in the aroma, a lot of hops for the style, maybe more than there should be. Dry flavor, yeasty, so I think they got the style down. Looking forward to another taste of this.
