Aroma has notes of citrus, sweet grains, caramel and a bit of cookie underlying. Flavor has an odd combination of bitter citrus and sweet grains with a bit of an cookie note

Sampled from the Firkin at Happy Gnome Firkin Fest 2015. Pours black with a mahogany brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of bitter dark grain and dark chocolate with a bit of roast and booziness. Flavor is boozy with dark grains, some raisins, bitter chocolate and a bit of roasted malts.

Bottle shared. Pours near black with a beige head. Aroma of chocolate, bourbon, oak, malt, molasses, vanilla. Flavor is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Full bodied with light carbonation.

Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2015. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has got some bitter pine with a touch of onion and a sweet grain backbone. Flavor as a good amount of pine and sweet grains with some grass in there.

Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2015. Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of dark grains, roasted malts, vanilla and bourbon. Flavor has bitter dark grains and roasted malts up front with growing bourbon, vanilla and a bit of bitter chocolate.

Bottle from a locals for locals trade from Atom. Pours hazy burnt orange color with off white head. Floral and citrus aromas with some caramel. Bitter grapefruit rind and pine flavor with some resin and sweetness. Medium body with average carbonation. Thanks Adam.

On tap at Yard House SLP. Pours a clear a golden amber with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has has sweet grains and sweet fruits with a light grassy backing. Flavor has more of a combination of light fruits, grass and a bit of sweet grains.
