Tap at Brewerkz Riverside Point, Singapore. Poured a clear amber, light copper colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light fruit, dry woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth crisp malt, metallic dry hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. An IPA for sure but I don’t get what’s American about it. Ok..but not great. Has promise but needs some work. A little fruit would be good and it has to be served a little cooler.

Tap at Brewerkz Riverside Point, Singapore. Poured a hazy golden colour with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is yeast, banana. The flavour is yeasty bitter with a fresh, smooth yeasty buttery banana, light spicy palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. I’m no fan of average wheat beers but this had a nice smooth backbone which I appreciated.

The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry malt, crisp, dry mineral biscuit floral woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. The hop combo didn’t really work for me and the bitterness lingered forever.

On tap at Brewerkz, Singapore. Looks like apricot juice, smells like sour fruit juice. Light and fizzy, with a fruit and lactic acid finish. Refreshing, sour, and surprisingly light for 6%.

Bottled (as Iguana Lager, 3.9%, 20 IBU) at Brewerkz Sentosa Boardwalk, Singapore. Almost clear straw colour, mid sized head. Fruity nose with lots of grassy, spicy hops. Dry with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Crisp bread, intense grassy, spicy hops. Long salty bitter finish. Refreshing and well made.
