On tap at Brewerkz Riverside Point. A hazy straw coloured pour with a tight white head; bubblegum aroma; sweet grainy body with some banana. OK, but rather sweet for my taste.

Pint at Brewerkz, Orchard Parade Hotel, Singapore. Poured a murky light straw colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is grassy, tropical citrus, dry hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet with a light, slightly watery, fresh, crisp, light citrus, light dry pepper spice, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not a bad NEIPA, but a little watery and lacking backbone. Needs a little more spiciness in the finish to make it more true to the style.

Tap at Brewerkz, Riverside Point. Poured a murky reddish light brown colour with a frothy, lasting, off white head. The aroma is yeast, mineral, light raspberry. The flavour is light sour with a crisp, light, watery, yeast, light tart raspberry palate, Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Not bad but a little too light and watery with no real defining flavours.

Tap at Brewerkz, Riverside Point. Poured a hazy dark brown colour with a frothy, lasting, off white head. The aroma is big biscuit malt, yeast, light fruits, light alcohol, dry hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a smooth, rich, malty, light fruit, light dry aromatic hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. It’s not a Westmalle Dubbel for sure. It’s somewhat more sweet and fruity, nevertheless it’s a great Dubbel but perhaps not one for a session, as it may become a little sickly over time.

The flavour is dry yeasty bitter with a fresh, crisp, light citrus fruits, yeasty, light clove spice palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth rich roasty, grainy, liqouirce, dry hop bitter palate and a smooth rich malty mouthfeel. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma of liquorice, chocolate, roasted coffee, malt, oats, dark fruit and toffee.
