A golden IPA with a thin light moka head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with faint herbal hops, musty fruity esters, chalky notes. In mouth, a smooth caramel malt, with dryish herbal hops, more German in style, good but not to style. On tap at brewpub, July 11, 2011.

A copper amber ale with a thin creamy off white head. In atoma, sweet and fruity esters, light cheezy notes, some light floral hops, a bit strange. In mouth, a smooth sweet and grainy malt, a bit of rice wine, nice smooth hops, interesting. On tap at brewpub, July 11, 2011.

Hazy amber coloured body with a light copper glow and a thin tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, a touch of funk and a little yeastiness. Medium-bodied; Some light spices come out first with nutmeg and cloves fairly noticeable. Aftertaste shows mostly malt, a little bread and a good bit of sugars in the finish. Overall, a good beer for the style and well worth a drink if you are here during the Autumn season (heads up - it’s still ridiculously hot). I sampled this pint on draught at the brew pub in Clarke Quay, Singapore on 02-November-2009.

Hazy golden straw coloured body with a nice white head. Aroma of bananas, cloves, wheat, yeast, coriander seed and a good bit of fresh curacao and lemons. Medium-bodied; Nice aggressive wheat flavour with some noticeable yeast and a fresh fruit taste near the end. Aftertaste very nice and flavourful with a good freshness that is very appreciated given the conditions in Singapore - this one is well worth drinking if you are here and want a break from Tiger. I sampled this pint on draught at the brewpub in Clarke Quay, Singapore on 02-November-2009.

Light caramel in colour with a little bit of a copper glow and a very thin tan head. Aroma of hops, good balanced malt and a little bit of nuts and caramel - fairly nice and refreshing, given the weather in Singapore. Medium-bodied; Nice fresh hop flavour at first then fades immediately to a cardboardie, bready, yeastie malt and very mild and caramel finish. Aftertaste shows as much malt or more than the hops, but the beer ends okay. Overall, a decent attempt at an IPA, but given the ridiculously high prices here, not really worth trying. I sampled this pint on draught at the brewpub in Clarke Quay in Singapore on 02-November-2009.

Lemon, malt, bread, grass, caramel malt in the nose. Nice malt character. Cloudy, dull copper color. Very malty flavor: nice, spicy, with rich chocolate and caramel. Grassy hops. Smooth and rich palate. Decent and kind of original but not all that special. More hop aroma would be nice.

Amber golden color. Lots of pale and caramel malts. Fairly simple, caramel and grapefruits. OK balanced, but I would like more hops, dry hopping this would be fun. A touch of earthiness in the finish.
