Aus der Flasche (bbe 15.07.2025) im 2025-04 getrunken. Dieses Bock zeigt deutlich sein Weizen-Einfluss mit leichten Bananen Aroma. Leider findet sich durch den Hopfeneinsatz nur noch eine unschöne Bitterkeit und von den auf dem Label angespriesenden tropischen Mango und Zitrusaromen ist nichts zu finden. Leider recht enttäuschend dieses Ale!

Clear orange/golden pour with a stable white head. Aroma is sweet citrus (orange), malt/grain, herbs. Taste is is sweet citrus (orange), malt/grain, mango. Decent bitter finish. Well-rounded overall, but taste could be a bit bolder.

Bottle. Just unclear amber with a good inch of near white head. Aroma of citrus, cloves, some banana, bread. Lacks the softness of a hefe but the extra bitterness as well as cloves & a bit more alcohol presence make for a nice finish. I guess there is some blackcurrant that goes with the cloves.

A clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of citrusy and mild resinous hops. Taste of piney and citrusy hops, flowers, grapefruit. Long bitter finish.

bottiglia 75 cl, schiuma color cappuccino fine persistente, colore marrone intenso quasi nero, al naso è intensa caffè malto tostato cacao caramello note di affumicato, in bocca è perfettamente equilibrata caffè cioccolato amaro malto frutti di bosco leggero liquirizia e vaniglia, corpo medio, watery, alcool perfettamente bilanciato, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato, Scorrevole gustosa equilibrata. Old rating from 19-04-16 - 330ml bottle brought in Berlin. Pours a clear golden colour with a off white head. Aromas of citrus & floral. Tastes of citrus, orange, grass, flora & malt leading to a citrus hopped light bitter finish

33 cl bottle. Golden color. medium to small white head. Good retention and lacing. Tropical fruits aroma. Passion fruit flavor and malt. Light body. Medium carboFruity character and quite drinkable.
