Organic beer tasted both as Bufo and as Belval. Creamy, yellowish white head, cloudy golden blonde colour. Aroma of straw, nettles, green apple, lime zest; taste citrussy, dried fruits, grainy, finishing in grassy hops without becoming really bitter. I have all sympathy for the club of nature lovers who commission this, but this is not too well-balanced - ample room for improvement, let’s put it like that.

Troebel geel bier met gemiddeld schuim. Smaak is enigszins apart, licht bitter en licht zuur, kers, citroen. Blijft lang hangen. Eenmaal aan de smaak gewend een goed te drinken bier.

33 cl. bottle @ home. Procured from Willems. BBF 23/05/2015. Hazy orange, small white head. Overripe fruits, fermenting apricot, touch rotting yeast, metallic, spoiled fruits, excess yeast, aspirin, old medicine. Tastes of old medicine, aspirin, mouldy old yeast, quote bitter yeast, expired apricots, bitter yeast, plaster, touch mould. Thick yeast feel. I am used to Anders getting things right but this one doesn’t feel right, unfortunate.

Bottle thnx to beerlover_Ben Pours rather clear blonde, big white head. Smell has apples Taste is bit malty, some natural sweetness, hint of bitterness ( but no hop-taste ) Think of somewhere in between a lager ( drinkable, and ABV wise ) and a ’blonde special ’from Belgium ( in mouthfeel and intensity ) Good one

Small white rim, clear golden beer. Herbal, spicy. Dry grains, leafy aromas. Sweetish, very faint but fine spiciness. Dullish, and watery finish. Bit watery, bit slick; mineral water quality; better carbonated than it looks. Delicate - maybe a tad too delicate for its own good.
