Gyllengul disig vätska med läskbubbligt poppande skumlock. Många och stora arommolekyler. Men mest framträdande vitt bubbligt sektvin från Tyskland. Smaken är överdrivet honungssöt, så pass att den överskuggar allt annat, färg, doft, ljud och tankar vid provningstillfället. När sötman slutligen rullat bort ligger en tjärig rökighet kvar. Denna var, intressant.

Murky yellow colour, tiny white head. Smokey, wheaty sweet malty aroma. Full-bodied. Very honeyish sweet, smokey, malty, some green beans. Odd combo, hides ABV. PBF XV.

Bottled at PBF. Cloudy straw colour, small head. Aroma of honey and Gotlandic smoke malt. Very sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Tar and juniper smoke, honey. Warming finish. Very close to strong Gotlandsdricke.

PBF XV. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is smoked, some sweet grains, alcohol sweetness. Flavour is smoked, some sweet grains, mild alcohol and some slight citrus. Interesting. And at 16.5 % actually refreshing.
