(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 7 Sep 2024) Golden amber colour with brief, white head. Fruity, vinous nose with notes of apricots, orange peel, dried fruit and oak wood. Fruity, vinous taste with orange peel, apricots, oak wood and a warming finish with fairly low bitterness. Full body, quite sweet. Warming and quite elegant. Very nice.

Bottle at KCBD18. Citric and flowery aroma. Elderflower and fermenting wine. Cloudy dark golden colour. No head. The flavour is citric and vinous. Tastes like fermenting wine as well. Some alcohol burn, but balanced well by sweetness. 8 3 8 3 16

Bottle at KCBD18 as Smedsbo Baltic Porter. Roasted aroma. Black colour. Strangely unleveled light brown head. The flavour is sweet and roasted. The alcohol bites a bit. Vinous and alcoholic. But quite good. 6 3 6 3 14

Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, some peppery and some slight tartish wooden tones with some mild berries as well. Flavour is floral, fruity, some tartish, mild alcohol and some slight rosehips and floral tones to it. Rosewatery aftertaste. Mild bitterness.
