Clear purple brown beer, practically no head, unstable, dissipates completely, non adhesive. Aroma: a bit dirty, cheesy, sweaty feet, funky, sourish impression, malty, dried fruits, ripe banana. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: surprisingly sourish, ripe banana, some tannins, raisins, soft roast, autolyse, a little dirty, weird. Aftertaste: dry, pretty sourish, a bit malty, grains, some caramel, bitter, some tannins, woody, a bit of vanilla, ok.

Cloudy orange blond beer, creamy off-white head, stable, a bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: very fruity, passion fruits, lactic acidity, a little dirty, lemony, floral, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, a little fruity, funky, sweet, a bit of tannins, some dried fruits, raisins, a little oxidized, hint of maple syrup. Aftertaste: sourish, some tannins, a little bitter, some grape skins, sourish, spicy, a little herbal, green cardamom, bitter finish.

75cl bottle. A clear orange brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of caramel, riped fruits, some raisins. Taste of mild sourish caramelized malt, raisins, plums.

Leicht säuerlicher Beginn. Spritzig, minimale Bitterkeit, kurzer Abgang. 10/7/8/8/12/8

Dunkler, cremig malziger Beginn. Herb-schokoladig, würzig nach Kakao, etwas brotig. Trocken, vollmundig malzig, langer Nachgeschmack, der unter der Trockenheit leidet. 10/10/11/11/12/11

75cl bottle. A black beer with a beige head. Aroma of intense cacao, strong dark malt, chocolate. Taste of intense chocolate, strong dark malt, cacao, mocca. Good!
