Description
This is the story of 5 Intenables (''impossibles'')who did not know what to do with their hyperactivity, resulting in a microbrewery .... and we do not intend to stop there!

Les Intenables is not just a brasserie – it is a place of conviviality where creativity and friendship mingle in every sip. Founded by a close-knit group of friends sharing a passion for artisanal know-how and a refreshing lack of seriousness, our microbrewery is a place where good beer and shared moments are in the spotlight.

3/III/25 - 44cl can from La Bièrerie (Illkirch, Strasbourg, FR), shared @ ElManana+1’s place, BB: 1/XII/25, batch: DO925 (2025-225)

Clear blond yellow beer, small creamy off-white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, oranges, some orange peel, a bit floral, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: good bitterness, some tropical fruits, hoppy, resinous, a little malty. Aftertaste: hoppy, resinous, slightly sweet, some oranges, grapefruit, a bit grassy, very bitter, dry finish, a bit resinous. Very decent one!

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Murky yellow body. Lemony, candyish fresh aroma. Sweet taste, citric hoppiness, bit citric jam, very sweet, as, well, it is what it is, light alcohol presence. I mean, it is what it is, but I'm not a huge fan.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Popcorn and light lemony notes in the aroma, ahh, I see now it's Motueka, of course. Lean, dry, grainy taste, again the citric and popcorn notes. Okay really, but not more.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Murky pale yellow body, off-white head. Gummy nice resinous aroma, light alcohol. Juicy, citric, resinous taste, soft, sweetish, lean, ending dry. Lovely really, and it held up better than some fresher stuff down that day!

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Hazy amber body, off-white head. COconut hoppy notes and some maltiness in the sweetish taste. Lean, dry coconut taste, bit malty, ending dry and bitter, some orange comes in, and so does the alcohol. Doesn't look the greatest but a solid take.
