Description
This is the story of 5 Intenables (''impossibles'')who did not know what to do with their hyperactivity, resulting in a microbrewery .... and we do not intend to stop there!
Les Intenables is not just a brasserie – it is a place of conviviality where creativity and friendship mingle in every sip. Founded by a close-knit group of friends sharing a passion for artisanal know-how and a refreshing lack of seriousness, our microbrewery is a place where good beer and shared moments are in the spotlight.

Bottle picked up from Hoptimaal webshop Amersfoort, Netherlands consumed at Alpen Camping Tennsee Nr Mittenwald after a 15km loop hike via Goas Alm into Mittenwald Saturday 31st August 2024. Pours shark eye black with a mid sized beige heading towards tan head. Plenty of cocoa and dark bitter chocolate and a few boozy wafts. Chocolatey, malty, a little bitterness, wow this is hot, the chillies really have a kick, spicy but yes it's a bit too chilli for me and I love chilli.

I was putting this off for awhile because I thought it was a citrusy saison. Turns out it was aged in Georgian orange wine jugs, fermented with Riesling grapes. Bottled a year ago. 9,6% so it might be blended with a bit of wine left in the barrel?

Nice pear & pineapple, but not much body or cream. Rather light. Would’ve been nice some spice. A little too sweet.
