For Cyprien, Antoine and the entire Fauve team, the adventure began in Paris in our brewpub "Les Cuves de Fauve", in the rue de Charonne, our location in the 11th arrondissement. which includes a restaurant, a bar and a micro-brewery.

And then in 2021, so 2 years after opening the brewpub, the Fauve project developed a little further south with the opening of a production micro-brewery near Montpellier (more precisely in Mauguio) where we now brews the majority of our beers and which also hosts a cellar dedicated to our barrel-aging program.

We ended 2024 with a bang with the grand opening of a brand new brewery in Vendargues, on the outskirts of Montpellier. We designed and customized everything from start to finish! We created this facility to brew all our favorite beers, with even greater precision and versatility.

Pours a hazed, darker blonde. Small to medium white head. Scent is fairly mild, tad creamy. Taste is full, creamy, mild bitterness. Fruity (tropical), tad sweet. Nice, easy drinker.

Dorée pâle, col épais blanc-cassé.
Arôme est frais, houblonné mais bien marqué par ce côté très cryo - en devient très voire trop clean qui apporte pas mal au niveau du fruité oscillant sur tropical et une petite pointe d'orange adoucie entre crème et vanille - malté moyen en rétro-nasal.

Palais est plaisant, doux et onctueux - effet cryo pop sur le fruité, pas mal de fruits à noyaux avec un retrait sur l'abricot et la pêche avec une frange tropical qui revient en retrait. Le tout donne une impression d'épaisseur de l'avoine.

Pretty cloudy deep yellow blond beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: fruity, citrus notes, grapefruit, pineapple, oranges, orange peel. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, fruity, some tropical fruits, mango, sugary, some caramel. Aftertaste: sweet, soft bitterness, juicy, white grapes, grapefruit, a bit sugary.

Can at home from La Binouze, Paris, 30th January 2022. Pours a hazy orange. Aroma is pithy citrus, and pine. Taste is spikey pine, pithy and juicy pulped citrus, pineapple and grapefruit, malty and juicy finish. Very nice
