Bouteille au Mondial de la Bière de Montréal 2013. De couleur ambrée foncée et voilée. Nez de levures fruitées (agrumes, traces d’abricots et de bananes) aux notes épicées (clou de girofle), moyen de grains de malt sucrés aux notes rôties, léger de caramel et de blé avec des notes de houblon herbeux. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture aux notes huileuses. Goût de levures fruitées (agrumes, traces de bananes) aux notes épicées (clou de girofle) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût de céréales sucrées (caramel, traces de sucre candi) avec un moyen goût de blé grillé puis en finale l’on retrouve une très légère amertume de houblon herbeux et floral avec des traces d’alcool. Post-goût moyen, composé d’un goût de levures fruitées avec des notes de houblon herbeux, de céréales sucrées et d’alcool.
