Description
We first started Carnival in a kitchen in Liverpool after a fundraising event at the Clearview Carnival, 2017. It is where we met and started the journey of Carnival Brewing Company over a love of music and beer. Now here we are, developing our very own fundraiser for the future endeavours of Carnival.

Cask at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2020. Slightly hazy pale yellow gold colour, white foam head and aroma of biscuit malt, chocolatey, nutty. Taste is malt, grainy , earthy with pistachio nutty notes. Medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, drying finish. Ok

17/01/2020. Cask at the 11th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours almost black with a ruby tint and minimal head. Aroma of dark chocolate, dark fruits, roasted malts, touch of spiced fruit cake, caramel, coffee, vanilla and molasses. Medium sweetness and medium plus roasted bitterness. Medium plus body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Robust for its modest abv. Finished with a slight smoked edge. Enjoyed this (and their other one at the festival) - definitely a brewery I'm going to look out for.

17/01/2020. Cask at the 11th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours cloudy orange amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Nice aroma. Hops, citrus, pine, malt, flowers and grass. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Slight dry, fruity sweet finish. Didn't look much but enjoyed this.
