Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a hazy with a white whispery head. Aroma is lemongrass, citrus, malt. Taste is citrus, lemony, bit of bitter, malty background.

31/7/2020. Can courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a white head. Aroma is light hoppy, citrus, floral, touch of pine. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Slightly sharp finish. Easy drinking, sessionable, simple.

375ml can into pint glass. Thanks to Ratebeer and Beer Cartel. Pours a copper/red with a large frothy white head that dissipates. High fine carbonation. Nose is a sour grassy maltiness that screams 'Britain'. Mouthfeel is surprisingly spritzy, makes the body seem thin. Finish is fruity with a lingering sourness. Reminds me of many beers in many pubs in the UK but too carbonated for the style I think.

Can for May #ratebeersupertasters. I'm a big fan of red ales, so was disappointed how lifeless this is. The tiffee and malt notes were very dull and I didn't get any of the promised (and promising) smokiness.

375ml can from Porters Liquor, Bexley. Orangey gold colour, white foam head and aroma of light fruity hop. Taste is malt, caramel, with tangy fruity earthy citric hop bitterness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry astringent bitter finish. OK
