Description
Based in County Durham in the industrial North East of England, Caps Off Brewery opened in early 2020. Having opened a bottle shop & micro pub, Ali decided to team up with a life long friend in David and open the brewery. The team at the brewery are looking forward to bring you a wide variety of hop forward beers, big stouts and fruity little numbers. The next few months will see the start of our barrel ageing project and wild fermentation programme.

Keg Draught in Market Tap at Darlington covered market with danlo. Light yellow gold, hazy with a small film of white head. Pineapple, grapefruit, vanilla in the aroma. Sweet taste, tropical fruit sherbet, some lemon curd. Light bitterness closer to the finish. A bit of a plastic aftertaste. Medium body, soft to medium carbonation. Starts very promising but wanes toward the end.
