Bottle at Koht, Tallinn. Aroma is sweet but has a herbal/hedge element. Clear light green. No head. Sweet with a kinda damp hedgerow element. Medium bodied. Oily. Flat carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, not much head. Aroma is vanilla, pear, some wood and mild herbal tones. Flavour is vanilla, some pear, sugar and mild herbal tones. Nice vanilla and pear in aftertaste.

13/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener pre-tasting. Pours clear pale golden amber with minimal head. Aroma is honey, flowers, touch of herb. Very sweet honey taste. Medium body, sticky, no carbonation. Quite enjoyed this.
