Bottle @ Haderslebener beer tasting. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet sweet honey, some alcohol and more honey. Very very sweet honey finish. It is pretty much like licking honey of a spoon.

From at 75 cl bottle, label says 10 % abv. Backlog from 24.12.2022: Clear golden colour, no head. Sweet aroma with honey and green apples, some red berries. Taste is sweet. A drier mead.

Aus der Flasche (12% vol.) im 2022-08 getrunken. Dieses Erdbeer Met kommt mit einer kupfer-roten Farbe daher. Dieses Met hat ein deutliches Erdbeer-Aroma. Am Gaumen kommt so der sher schönen Erdbeer-Aroma eine Honigsüsse. Die Balance zwischen Frucht und Honig ist gut getroffen.

Bottle at Druen og Bønnen. Red with no head. Aroma of blackcurrant with a faint touch of bees wax. Sweet berry flavour with a touch of honey. Refreshing, slightly tart finish.
