Aroma of malts, spicy yeast, caramel, raisins, some barnyard/cellar funk. Flavour is malty caramel sweetness, yeasty, slight sourness. Body is a bit too thin. This would be a mediocre Bock if not for the welcome barnyard flavour.

Candy sugar aroma, malty, just a bit vegetable-like. In the flavor a vegetable-like and yeasty bitterness tries to push away the sugary sweetness of the beer. Tastes a bit like an amateur brew. Luckily the alcohol wins from the first signs of an upcoming infection. Licorice is clearly present. Drinkable but, as I said, amateuristic.

Orange brown color, cloudy. Mandarin and lemon in the aroma and flavor. Some hops, a bit pefumed. Some sweetness. Certainly not bad for a very small garage brewery.

Bottle, 8%. Orange brown color, cloudy. Curacao and orange aroma, just a bit soapy. Sweet, very yeasty and soapy flavor with orange liquor and cologne shimmering through. Seems to me a home brewers’ yeast is used. Lacks quality.
