On tap during country music bingo with Jay & his lovely wife. Matte black, drippy cookie lace. Odd fruit funk & caramel nose. Tastes like an imperial version of their collab black ipa. Bittersweet, veggie, moderate grapefruit pith, longer earthy bitterness, contrast citrus bite on the finish. Smells off but tastes okay.

Draft sampler at the 2023 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Clear pear-colored with a white head and good retention. As advertised, it tastes very light, and over-carbonated. Nothing bad, but it is very light and fizzy.

Draft sampler at the 2023 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Clear yellow color with a large white head and great retention. Tastes like every other mass-produced macro lager. It tastes fine, but nothing special. Basic lager.

Canned (Thanks GodOfThunder!). Reddish amber colour, small head. Aroma is raspberries, some tart wood and mild earth. Flavour is raspberries, quite tart and mild earthy tones. Pleasant.

Draft sampler at the 2022 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a small white head. Good juicy notes to offset the hoppiness, but not too hoppy or bitter. Not bad.

Taster at the brewery. Extremely dark bronze color with a tiny beige head. Very faint smoke aroma. Tastes like a light smokey lager, which I guess is what they wanted. Mission accomplished, but the result is a weak amber ale and a weak Rauchbier. Not bitter. Okay.

Taster at the brewery. Clear amber color with a tiny off-white head. Faint smoky aroma. Caramel malt flavor with just a hint of smoke. Not bitter. Clean, smooth, and easy drinking.

Taster at the brewery. Clear gold color with zero head or lacing. Zero aroma too. Tasted more like a pale lager than a blonde, to me. No bready flavor. Smooth and clean. Not bitter. Low carbonation. A bit generic, but decent.

Taster at the brewery. Very cloudy applesauce colored pour with a small white head. Grapefruit and hops aroma. Grapefruit and hops flavor, but with very subdued bitterness. I'm not an IPA fan, but this is decent for the style.
